Woo hoo, some more hops soon to be coming from Sam Adam's. Sam Adam's Imperial Pilsner is already quenching the need for hops, but now it looks like we can expect another hop bomb in the upcoming Longshot sampler pack. See this article for the details, but homebrewer Mike McDole brewed a 9.6 percent ABV, 100 IBU Double IPA to win the Sam Adam's Longshot contest, so we should see this soon from Sam Adam's. Keeping my eyes open for the release of this one - just keep your eye out for the sampler packs missing the DIPA and Rye IPA replaced by the weizenbock and Bavarian weisse if you are shopping the same stores as I am. ;-)
