Interesting comments by Hugh Sisson of Clipper City in this article about reserving his Simcoe stash for other beers - maybe for the Loose Cannon? Good call Hugh. I am sure we will see more and more brewers tweaking certain recipes to reserve their aromatic and high alpha varieties for their hoppy brews.
